Our pot covers are designed to enchance your boring plastic nursery pot. They are not designed to be planted into directly. We suggest you use a saucer in the bottom of your cover or glad food covers work a treat.

We suggest that you take your plant out of the cover to water. Some of our ranges are water resistant ( Ones with canvas lining).

Please note that all these covers are handmade and due to the nature of handmade products this means these covers will vary slightly.
We understand that from time to time you may have a change of mind. Perhaps the colour is not quite what you were after etc. We want you to be happy with your purchase so we offer the following:

For change of mind we offer a store credit to the value product ( excluding shipping charge). We do not give credit on Sale Items. Or you can exchange for another similar product.

To qualify for a credit or exchange we must be notified within a 5 day period. Return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer. Products must be in unused condition. We will access the product and if happy with the condition will move forward with the Exchange or Credit.

We recommend using a tracked service as Orchid and Fig cannot take responsibility for lost packages. Until we recieve your return, it is your responsibility.
